個人簡介：
趙燕，生命科學學院神經生物學系副教授，博士生導師，基金委優(yōu)秀青年科學基金獲得者，于2020年11月全職回國加入南方科技大學生命科學學院。趙燕本科和博士均畢業(yè)于北京大學醫(yī)學部，并先后在中國科學院生物物理所和美國馬薩諸塞大學醫(yī)學院進行博士后工作，進行細胞自噬的分子機制和生理功能研究，以第一作者和/或通訊作者身份在Molecular Cell、Current Biology、JCB、Autophagy、Cell reports等國際頂尖學術期刊發(fā)表論文多篇。
研究領域：
自噬是細胞內重要的降解機制，對于維持細胞穩(wěn)態(tài)至關重要。在體內，自噬保障了機體各器官的正常生理功能，自噬異常導致多種人類疾病的發(fā)生發(fā)展。課題組未來的研究方向主要集中在研究多細胞特有自噬蛋白在自噬過程中的分子機制和體內功能，具體包括以下方向：
1. 研究自噬小體形成過程中，內質網(wǎng)與自噬前體結構的相互作用的調控和功能
2. 研究神經細胞自噬的特有分子機制，尋找神經退行性疾病的潛在治療靶點
3. 研究內質網(wǎng)與細胞內其他細胞器相互作用的分子組成、調節(jié)機制和生理功能
4. 研究冠狀病毒轉錄復制過程中雙層膜囊泡（DMV）的形成機制
